Foley & Small is an Indiana law firm that represents those who have been injured, those who have lost a loved one as the result of an accident or defective condition and those who have suffered other losses due fraud, violation of a statute or other wrongful conduct.
Our clients benefit and are served by our attorneys and staff and they, in turned, are assisted by those with special expertise and acumen, such as engineering experts, medical experts, audio-visual experts and others. We seek to obtain the best possible resolution of our client’s claim, either by trial or settlement.
