Getting Started

Call Us

Call us at Foley & Murphy and provide us with your case information. We will get the necessary information to begin initial investigative work, to begin the setup your new case documents and to schedule an appointment to meet with either Ed Foley or Ed Murphy and a staff member.

First Meeting

You’ll meet with either Ed or Ed and one of our legal assistants. We will get to know you and your family at that first meeting and you will get to know us. We will review the facts of your case and review your injuries, losses and damages. We want you to tell us about any particular problems or circumstances that you are dealing with so we can be of help. We will go over with you issues involving insurance coverage, payments of medical bills and liens and pay loss. We explain and review the law applicable to your case. We’ll discuss next steps in the course forward to resolving your case. We will need you to sign the initial paperwork confirming our representation and to allow us to obtain pertinent medical, pay loss and other records. Finally, will answer any questions that you have.

If you are not able to come to us because of injury, will come to you.

    Let Me Handle your case.
