Beverly Paluzzi has been working in the legal profession for more than 25 years and works as a paralegal/secretary. Mrs. Paluzzi is also the office manager for Foley & Small
Born in Florence, Alabama, Bev is a graduate of Penn High School in Mishawaka. Prior to working with Foley & Small she was employed by Jones, Obenchain and then at Barnes & Thornburg where she worked directly for Mr. Small.
In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Bev provides assistance with new clients in the pre-suit phase of a case, including assisting with obtaining documents, locating witnesses and preparation of settlement demand packets.
She has been with Foley & Small since its inception.
Kimberly Mrozinski has worked in the legal profession for 20 years and works as a paralegal/secretary.
Kim was born in Buchanan, Michigan and now resides in Rolling Prairie, Indiana. Kim is a 1983 graduate of Galien High School and attended Indiana University, South Bend. Prior to working with Foley & Small she was employed by Barnes & Thornburg where she worked directly for Mr. Small. Kim is the assistant to Edmond Foley handling post-suit responsibilities.
Kim’s duties include preparing and responding to discovery, drafting and filing complaints, preparing summonses and subpoenas, and coordinating depositions. Kim assists Mr. Foley in trial preparation and attends trials.
She has been with Foley & Small since shortly after its inception.
Jennifer Emerson has been working in the legal profession for nearly 15 years and works as a paralegal/secretary at Foley & Small. Jennifer graduated from Adams High School and went on to attend IUSB and Michiana Business College. Ms. Emerson works primarily with Mr. Foley.
Laura has been working in the legal world for more than 10 years. She works as a receptionist/secretary at Foley & Small. She graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School and went on to attend Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Laura strives to be efficient. She cares about the clients of Foley & Small. As she says, “If the matter is important to our client, then it is important to me.”
